Malebo joined Goldschmidt in 2019. She works as a Quality Manager for metallurgical engineering at our location Thermitrex in South Africa.
I am responsible for defining, implementing and enforcing the quality assurance and quality control strategy in our company. I manage and review the quality systems database and am responsible for internal audits.
I work with different people from different backgrounds. What I love most about my job is that it has a lot of challenges and opportunities for improvement.
I like working at Goldschmidt because of the culture of cooperation and humanity of the people. Employees are treated with respect and their commitment is appreciated. I believe we spend more hours at work than at home, so it is very important to work in an environment that is healthy and productive. Our work environment has a great influence on how well we perform our duties.
