Thermit Italiana S.r.l., Goldschmidt‘s Italian group company based in Milan, is now operating under the name Goldschmidt Italia S.r.l.
With the new name, Goldschmidt Italia highlights its integration into the international Goldschmidt Group. It already started back in 1950 when Thermit Italiana, founded in 1945, joined the Goldschmidt group and became fully integrated in 1990.
Our team in Milan continues to support the rail industry with solutions for rail joining, rail infrastructure equipment and services – now under a name that reflects our global identity even more clearly.
All existing contracts, bank details and addresses remain unchanged – only the company name has been updated.
