How can we help you?

As a testing laboratory accredited in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025, we support your quality control processes by performing and supervising manual, semi-automated and fully automated non-destructive testing. Our qualified NDT engineers and technicians use state-of-the-art technology to test your components in accordance with the applicable regulations without damaging or destroying them.

We offer a broad range of non-destructive testing methods from a single source – whether at our laboratory, on construction sites or directly at your premises anywhere in Germany.

We serve customers in industries including automotive, medical technology, wind energy, warehousing and aviation. If your industry is not listed, please contact us. We will be happy to assess whether we can support your specific testing requirements.

We use state-of-the-art testing methods and equipment, including:

  • Ultrasonic testing, including flaw detection and wall thickness measurement
  • Radiographic testing using gamma-ray sources (Se-75 and Ir-192) and X-ray equipment, including on-site film processing
  • Magnetic particle testing
  • Liquid penetrant testing
  • Eddy current testing
  • Direct and indirect visual testing using endoscopes and videoscopes
  • Mobile hardness testing

We test a wide range of components and products, including:

  • Weld seams on pipelines, tanks, and steel structures
  • Sheets and plates
  • Forgings
  • Castings
  • Semi-finished products

Our engineers support you by:

  • Acting as assigned or appointed inspection supervisors
  • Preparing specific work and testing instructions, testing plans, and task- or component-specific testing procedures
  • Reviewing and updating existing instructions
  • Monitoring existing testing systems with regard to setting parameter settings, process stability and procedural reliability
  • Assisting in the selection of new testing equipment
  • Preparing for audits in the field of non-destructive testing
  • Conducting product and process monitoring at internal and external suppliers
