Milestones

Goldschmidt Inspection Germany was founded in June 1990 as PLR Prüftechnik Linke & Rühe with a focus on advanced inspection technologies for non-destructive testing applications. In 2018, PLR Prüftechnik Linke & Rühe became part of the Goldschmidt Group.

Since its foundation, the company has continuously expanded its expertise in eddy current and ultrasonic testing technologies, developing specialised inspection systems and engineering solutions for railway infrastructure and industrial applications.

The company established comprehensive inspection service capabilities and accredited laboratory services for the calibration and verification of testing equipment, strengthening its position as a reliable partner for safety-critical inspection processes and compliance requirements.
