Electronic measuring devices for the inspection of longitudinal profiles
By taking geometric measurements with Railstraight measuring devices, you can record and document the quality-compliant execution of rail joints and record the condition of the track. As requirements can vary considerably in practice, Railstraight is available in different versions.
Extremely accurate measurement of the straightness and surface quality of longitudinal rail profiles on the running surface and gauge face, including on curved track
Railstraight Wave also appears to offer the analysis of corrugation
Measurement, evaluation and documentation using the Railstraight app
Option to check calibration via the Railstraight app
Powerful internal lithium-ion battery, rechargeable via USB-C
Alternative power supply via eight AA batteries for extended operating periods
Robust design (IP54 protection rating) for flexible operation on the track
Railstraight Wave is approved for use on the Deutsche Bahn network
