The name change for Goldschmidt Australia Pty Ltd and Goldschmidt NZ Limited came into effect at the beginning of December 2024.
In an effort to strengthen our global brand, Goldschmidt group company Thermit Australia Pty Ltd changed its name to Goldschmidt Australia Pty Ltd and Thermit New Zealand Ltd changed its name to Goldschmidt NZ Limited.
Existing contracts and obligations are not affected by the name change. These will be taken over unchanged by the re-registered companies. Other company data such as address, bank details, VAT number etc. have not changed for both companies.
The new names will be gradually updated in all relevant communication materials and channels.
