I completed my dual studies in Business Administration at Goldschmidt because I am enthusiastic about the combination of theory and practice. During my bachelor’s degree, I was able to work in various departments which enabled me to understand the company’s processes in detail. During this time, I was able to find out for myself in which areas I can best contribute my strengths and interests.
I really liked the open and supportive working atmosphere at Goldschmidt right from the start. My colleagues have always taken the time to answer my questions and have enabled me to take on responsibility and contribute my own ideas. The variety of departments, products and activities has made my working day varied and exciting.
After my bachelor’s degree, it quickly became clear to me that I also wanted to gain practical experience alongside my master’s degree. That’s why I decided to work as a working student at Goldschmidt in parallel to my Master of Science with a focus on Strategy, Management and Marketing. This allows me to apply the knowledge from my master’s degree directly in practice and at the same time deepen my expertise in Marketing & Communications.
Goldschmidt offers me an environment in which I can develop both professionally and personally. The combination of studies and practical experience opens up a wide range of perspectives for my professional future. I look forward to continuing to work on exciting projects and actively shaping the future of Goldschmidt together with my team.
